Getting Started Issues
How do I create my Qont account?
To create your account, go to the sign-up page and enter your details. You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to verify and complete setup.
What devices does Qont work on?
Qont works on desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile. It supports modern browsers and is available as an app for iOS and Android.
Why can’t I navigate to my account?
Your account navigation is in the dropdown at the top header. On mobile, it may be inside the corner menu. If you’re signed in but don’t see it, refresh the page or try another browser.
Account & Billing Resolving
How do I update my payment method?
Go to Account Settings → Billing and update your card or bank details. Changes apply to future billing cycles.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Check that your payment method is valid and has available funds. Qont will retry automatically. If the issue continues, update your details or contact Support.
How can I download my billing history or invoices?
Under Account Settings → Billing, you’ll find a full history with downloadable invoices for your records.

Why is a feature not showing?
Some features depend on your plan or region. If it should be available, sign out and back in, or clear your cache. Contact Support if the problem continues.
Why is the page not showing?
Check your connection and browser version. Try another device if needed. If the page still won’t load, contact Support for review.

How does Qont protect my personal data?
Your information is not viewed by outside services. Qont uses secure systems and limits access to what is needed for your account to function.
Can I control what information is stored?
Yes. In Account Settings → Privacy, you can review, limit, or request the removal of your data.

Troubleshooting
Why can’t I log in?
Confirm your email and password are correct. Use Forgot Password if needed. If login still fails, try another browser or device.
Why isn’t Qont loading on my device?
Check your internet connection and ensure your browser or app is updated. Restart your device if needed. Contact Support if the issue continues.
How do I reset my account if something goes wrong?
In Account Settings → Reset Account, you can restore your account to default settings without deleting data. For full resets, contact Support.
