Intellectual Property
All Vigilshore systems, platforms, interfaces, and risk logic structures are the exclusive intellectual property of the company and its associated group entities. No license, resale right, or derivative use is granted without a formal agreement.
White label and partner deployments are issued under structured licensing terms and do not convey ownership or sublicensing rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vigilshore disclaims all liability for:
-
Any operational, strategic, or mission outcome derived from use of a platform
-
Any medical, financial, or regulatory decisions made based on platform outputs
-
Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss related to platform access or simulation
-
Any third-party misuse, misinterpretation, or unauthorised replication of the platform
All users and partners must apply appropriate oversight and institutional discretion when deploying Vigilshore systems in operational environments.
