Legal & Compliance Notice

Legal Entity and Scope

Vigilshore (“the Company”) is a private defence contractor and strategic systems provider offering non-storage, logic-based platforms for use across military, government, institutional, and civilian sectors. By accessing or deploying a Vigilshore system, service, index, or platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and limitations outlined in this notice.

Platform Usage and Responsibility

All Vigilshore platforms—whether accessed directly or via white label deployment—are to be used for risk identification, assessment, and simulation purposes only. Vigilshore does not provide transport, healthcare, financial, or mission-execution services.

Use of Vigilshore systems does not constitute legal, medical, military, or strategic advice. All operational decisions based on system outputs remain solely the responsibility of the user or institution deploying the system.

Non-Storage Architecture

Vigilshore platforms are built using non-storage logic systems. This means:

  • No personal user data, identifiers, or system activity are collected or retained

  • All processing occurs at the frontend or within the secure partner deployment

  • No health records, financial data, operational commands, or identity markers are stored

This architecture ensures maximum legal insulation and automatic compliance with:

  • Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)

  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

  • U.S. Privacy, Defence, and Infrastructure Risk Frameworks

Intellectual Property

All Vigilshore systems, platforms, interfaces, and risk logic structures are the exclusive intellectual property of the company and its associated group entities. No license, resale right, or derivative use is granted without a formal agreement.

White label and partner deployments are issued under structured licensing terms and do not convey ownership or sublicensing rights.

Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vigilshore disclaims all liability for:

  • Any operational, strategic, or mission outcome derived from use of a platform

  • Any medical, financial, or regulatory decisions made based on platform outputs

  • Any direct, indirect, or consequential loss related to platform access or simulation

  • Any third-party misuse, misinterpretation, or unauthorised replication of the platform

All users and partners must apply appropriate oversight and institutional discretion when deploying Vigilshore systems in operational environments.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This notice is governed by the laws of:

  • The Commonwealth of Australia

  • The European Union (EU)

  • The United States of America

Legal inquiries, compliance discussions, and dispute resolution shall fall within the jurisdiction appropriate to the region in which the system was deployed or licensed.

White Label Terms

White label deployment of Vigilshore platforms is permitted under signed agreement only. Partners are responsible for:

  • Managing system access and permissions

  • Providing localised compliance disclosures where required

  • Ensuring proper use of the system in accordance with relevant law

  • Preventing unauthorised use or resale of Vigilshore technologies

Failure to uphold these terms may result in immediate termination of licensing and access.

Amendments

Vigilshore reserves the right to update this legal notice as required. Continued use of any platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
