Legal governance for QTV+ news, media, and streaming operations
QTV+ operates as the official publishing and media network for the Qont ecosystem. All editorial, journalistic, and streamed content published under QTV+ is governed by a structured legal framework to ensure full compliance, content integrity, and distribution clarity. This page outlines the governing terms, contributor rights, usage permissions, and legal compliance policies across all QTV+ channels and formats.
Content Ownership & Copyright
All original content published on QTV+ — including articles, videos, editorials, reports, and live broadcasts — is the exclusive property of Qont Group and its subsidiaries unless otherwise stated.
Where third-party content is licensed for use, appropriate permissions are obtained and attribution is clearly indicated. Reuse, redistribution, or adaptation of QTV+ materials is strictly prohibited without written consent, unless expressly permitted under applicable copyright exceptions.
Contributor Attribution & Ownership
QTV+ credits all editorial contributions to their respective authors where appropriate. While contributor bylines are preserved for transparency and recognition, full legal ownership of the published content is retained by QTV+. Contributors, including guest writers, agree to assign all publication and distribution rights to QTV+ upon submission.
Republishing of QTV+ content — whether full or excerpted — requires formal permission and must include full attribution to QTV+.
